> What's in each gift box?
We ship exactly what you see on each product page. Each box is first filled with recycled, eco-friendly crinkle paper and each of your items are carefully hand placed inside, cozy and safe.
Gift items are subject to change without notice due to small production produced from local vendors. If a gift item in the pre-pack gift box is out of stock, we will replace it with another gift that is equivalent to the out of stock item.
> How big is the box?
It is either 7"x5"x3" or 10"x8"x4".
> Do your pre-designed box selections ever change?
Absolutely! We are constantly innovating and updating our product portfolio while listening to what our customers want, so keep coming back and check often!
> Can I add a card to the gift box?
Yes, you can add a greeting card to your gift box. We offer greeting cards on our website for purchase and add it into your cart.
> Where can I put the message that I want to write on the greeting card?
When you add an item in your cart, your cart will slide out from the right and you can add your message in the "Special instructions for seller". We'll hand write the message for you on the card.
> How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders take about 1-3 working days to get processed and shipped. Based on the shipping method selected on checkout your order will arrive. We will send you tracking information as soon as item is shipped.

>How many items can a box fit?
We offer 2 different sizes gift box. Our larger box size is 10"x8"x4" which can accommodate 4 to 5 large or 6 to 7 small gift items comfortably. Our smaller box size is 7"x5"x3" and it will fit 1 to 2 large or 3 to 4 small gift items. Rest assure, we will do our best to present your selected gifts beautifully inside the box that you've chosen. If you have any questions, please contact us directly and we will be happy to customize it based on your needs.
>Do you put the finishing touches like your pre-pack boxes?
Yes! As long as you purchase one of our logo gift boxes, we will pack the gift items nicely with crinkled paper, tissue paper in the box and finished with a ribbon and gift tag.
>What if all of my selected gift items won't fit in your gift boxes?
We will do our best to place all of your items in our appropriate size gift box. If your selected gift box won't fit all of the gifts in, we will contact you to provide options.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
>Is shipping included?
In order for us to keep our gift boxes at a reasonable price, shipping is an additional cost. All boxes are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii.
For anywhere in the United States, standard shipping is flat rate $14.00 per box per address, each additional box to the same address at $6.
For all Hawaiian islands, standard shipping is flat rate $10 per box per address, each additional box to the same address at $5.
> Can I buy 3 boxes and send to 3 different addresses in 1 transaction and just noted in the message area?
To avoid any confusions, please making separate transactions, so that we can be certain the correct gift box(es) is going to the correct address(es).
>Do you ship outside of United States?
Yes! Carrier Calculated Shipping is calculated at checkout.
>How long does it take for the gift boxes to arrive?
All boxes are shipped from Honolulu, Hawaii. Orders take about 1-3 working days to get processed before shipping. Based on the shipping method selected on checkout your order will arrive. We will send you tracking information as soon as item is shipped. Keep in mind to allow yourself more time to send your gift during holiday season.
>I live in Honolulu, do you offer in-person pick up?
Yes, if you live on the island of Oahu, we will be happy to arrange in person pick up. Contact us directly at email@example.com to confirm pick up details.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
>Do you offer any return and exchange for the items in the gift box?
All of the items in our Ready-to-Ship box and Build Your Aloha Box are final sale and not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges.
EXCEPTION: If you receive an item that is damaged or broken, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately and we will be happy to review the order.
>Can I cancel my orders?
No unfortunately, we do not accept any cancellations.
